Montgomery County on Wednesday officially opened a new compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling station in Moraine that officials hope will reduce emissions, lower fuel and maintenance costs and support business growth. The third CNG station to open in the Dayton area is expected to save the county nearly $150,000 per year at the pump and should pay for itself and other investments in vehicle upgrades in likely 10 to 15 years, officials said.
