Natural gas as fuel for vehicles continues to make inroads across the Lone Star State, according to n ew figures from the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. So far this fiscal year, the comptroller's office has collected nearly $466.5 million in motor fuel taxes. Of those taxes, more than $2.8 million came from the sale of compressed natural gas and liquefied natural gas as vehicle fuel. Read more
