Texas $2,500 electric vehicle rebate is back

Texas is accepting applications for a $2,500 incentive for buying electric and hybrid vehicles. According to the rules adopted by the Texas Commission for Environmental Quality, both battery-electric cars and plug-in hybrids will be eligible for the full $2,500 rebate, as long as their battery packs exceed 4 kilowatt-hours in size.
